Activity Synopsis (ID# 13586) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) To discuss issues relevant to the organisation and functions of the Professional associations of judges and prosecutors. 
Output/Results At the meeting, represetnatives of the beneficiary Balkas states were informed on the organisational asepcts, functions, role and resonsibilities of Professional associations of judges and prosecutors in western Europe. CoE expert, Mr Furhmann, who has chared the meeting, made a prsentation of the practice in Austria. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Provided information should be useful either for the formation of these Associations in these countries, or in bringing necessary changes for the functioning of existing ones.
