Activity Synopsis (ID# 14649) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) To discuss with the participants from the CARDS beneficiary states the present state of affairs in western Balkan states cocnerning the legal and practical issues on Case Assignement, Case Tracking and Filing. To present the best European practices and propose concrete reccomendations. 
Output/Results The participants have discussed the situations in each of the beneficiary state and heard the prsentations of CoE experts on best European practices on the issues in question. Discussions focused on possible amendments to existing legislation and practices in the beneficiary states. 
Conclusions/Follow Up The discussions, but also reccomendations expressed need to be considred by the respective national authoriteis.
