Activity Synopsis (ID# 14911) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) To discuss expert's report on the proposal of IT system development in the FIU (http://dsp.dctnet.coe.int/CEAD/user/Activities.asp?ID=14036); to discuss related legal, precedural and security issues. 
Output/Results IT system of the FIU of Poland and Ukraine have been presented, precede by a presentation of legal, precedural and data security issues and followed by the presentation of expert's report and discussion. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Te following documents/decisions have be produced/taken as a result of the workshop:
- a checklist of preconditions to the development of IT system (legal, procedural and security requirements);
- study visit will be organised to see other countries IT systems;
- coordination will be ensured between PACO Serbia and other projects offering IT assistance for the Ministry of Finance;
- IT workplan for the nearest future
