Activity Synopsis (ID# 16423) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) To assist the Serbian authorities instrengthening the institutional and legislative framework for preventing and combating economic crime. 
Output/Results An expert opinion has been prepared, presented to the Serbian authorities and discussed in detail. The Serbian found the expert's remarks very pertinent and useful. 
Conclusions/Follow Up A modified draft will be presented to the government for futher legislative process.
