Objective(s) To help Serbian authorities introduce a modern system of seized assets management in conformity with the international standards. 
Output/Results Based on the draft prepared by the Serb Government a detailed legal opinion has been produced bythe COE expert. This opinion will be discussed withe Serbian authorities in a workshop.
