Objective(s) To help Serbian authorities finalise the Draft Law on Organisation and Competencies of the State Bodies in Combating Organised Crime 
Output/Results Based on the legal opinion to the first draft prepared by the COE expert, members of the working group discussed the necessary amendments to introduced to the draft to make it complint with the international best practices. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Final draft will be prepared and presented to the Government.
