Objective(s) To assist the Serbian authorities in strengthening the institutional and legislative framework for preventing and combating economic. 
Output/Results A deatiled legal opinion has been produced, submitted to the relevant authorities and discussed with the. Serbian official found that opinion very pertinent and helpful. 
Conclusions/Follow Up The revised draft will be sumbitted to th e Government of Serbia for further legislative process.
