Title Administrative support to the Reconstruction Implementation Commission for Orthodox Religious Sites in Kosovo (RIC) 
Description Within the framework of the Regional Programme for cultural and natural heritage in South East Europe [Component B - Integrated rehabilitation project plan / Survey of the architectural and archaeological heritage (IRPP/SAAH) jointly implemented by the CoE and the EC], the Secretariat of the Council of Europe helped to set up a management method in the new RIC Technical Unit in Pristina and help prepare for EHD.

Activity Synopsis (ID# 16787) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) To help set up a management method in the new RIC Technical Unit in Pristina and help prepare for EHD. 
Output/Results The RIC Technical Unit developed a management method in conformity with CoE systems (filing, reporting, etc.) and started preparing information on RIC work for the European Heritage Days. 
Conclusions/Follow Up The RIC Technical Unit's management method is in line with CoE requirements, making for easy access to RIC information from Headquarters. Preparation for European Heritage Days included a leaflet on RIC work carried out and planned to be carried out in 2006, panels on the sites which were being rehabilitated informing citizens of the progress made and planned.
