Title Coaching of new country representatives in the IRPP/SAAH project 
Description Within the framework of the Regional Programme for the cultural and natural heritage of South-East Europe [Component B - Integrated rehabilitation project plan / Survey of the architectural and archaeological heritage (IRPP/SAAH) jointly implemented by the Coe and the EC], a consultant was in charge of explaining the methodology of the IRPP/SAAH project to new participants in order to facilitate their contribution and ensure capacity building.

Objective(s) To explain the methodology of the IRPP/SAAH project to new participants in order to facilitate their contribution and ensure capacity building 
Output/Results The new IRPP/SAAH Project Coordinator in Albania was trained and informed on the IRPP/SAAH project and the methodology agreed to by her predecessors. 
Conclusions/Follow Up The new IRPP/SAAH coordinator was in a position to follow the IRPP/SAAH project which she had just joined.
