Activity Synopsis (ID# 16954) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) The main objective of the activity was to train the Delegations from CARDS countries in European standards in the field of mutual assistance in criminal matters. 
Output/Results Delegations have been briefed concerning existing European (CoE/EU) standards in teh field of mutual assistance in criminal matters. Detailed presentations were provided on CoE conventions (on Extradition, MLA is Crimianl matters, transfer of sentenced persons, transfer of prcoeedings, Anti-corruption and money laundering instruments), as well as new developments within the EU space.

Participants Representatives of MoJs, GPOs and Judiciary from the CARDS Justice countries.
