Title CARPO: In-project area roundtable followed by the 2nd round of in-project area trainings by local trainers on financial investigations and confiscation of proceeds from crime 
Description Up to seven in-project area roundtables with operational managers and representatives from training institutions to review the strategy/approach to financial investigations followed by up to seven in-country training events, between November 2006 and March 2007, by local trainers with the support of CoE experts to test and further improve training materials.

Activity Synopsis (ID# 16982) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) In-project area roundtbale with managers and decision makers to review the strategy on financial investigations followed by the second training on financial investigations and confiscation of proceeds from crime in each project area. 
Output/Results Review of the implementation of the strategy by the decision makers and identification of achievements and failures. Agreement on the adoption of the strategy to overcome the difficulties and allow a better conduct of financial investigations in the practice. Additional practitioners from the law enforcement and judiciary trained. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Further support needed by the CARPO project to monitor a proper implementation of the strategy on financial investigations.
