Objective(s) To prepare Guidelines on governmental and indepnedent insepction mechanisms. 
Output/Results Guidelines on governmental and indepnedent insepction mechanisms were prepared by the CoE short-term expert. The Guidelines comprise two papers, the first serves as a detailed explanatory text for the second paper which contains a short overview of fundamental key principles.
