Title Pilot Census post enumeration observation 
Description Sequently to the fiels enumeration phase the data processing monitoring will begin. An international monitoring is of prime importance in order to ensure that the data are not biased by the data processing system especially on sensitive issues like ethnicity or language.

An IT and statistics expert will conduct the data processing monitoring operation.

Project Purpose 1 - 2006/DG3/JP/1655   Establish a climate of transparency and trust of the population in the census results and ensure the international standards of the census
Expected Result 1.1 - Increased confidence in the census leads to a higher participation in the census and a credible final data The census is organised according to the international standards and in respect of ethnic minorities An appropriate mechanism is put in place to allow for a proper handling of data, avoiding misusage and with respect of its confidentiality

Output/Results The IT expert review the data processing system and the time needed to process a questionnaire to assess the accuracy of the system with the requirements of a census.
