Title Pilot Census post enumeration observation 
Description After the data processing is completed by SOK, the Steering Committee of the International Monitoring Operation of the census in Kosovo will have a mission in Pristina to perform a final review of the processed data, in order to be able to draft its final report on the pilot census.

The second step is the drafting of the final report on the pilot census by the steering committee.

Project Purpose 1 - 2006/DG3/JP/1655   Establish a climate of transparency and trust of the population in the census results and ensure the international standards of the census

Objective(s) Review the accuracy of the data processing methodology as well as of the questionnaires. 
Output/Results data obtained after processing were reviewed by the Steering Committee. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Data processing methodology, equipment, staff showed evident shortcomings.
The processing of the questionnaire showed also flaws in the drafting of the questionnaires especially in question sequence logic.
