Description Young leaders coming from political, economic, social and cultural sectors in Albania, Armenia, Georgia, Kosovo/UNMIK, “the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, Moldova and the Russian Federation are able to use in their everyday life/work European standards with respect to pluralistic democracy, human rights and the rule of law.
