Activity Synopsis (ID# 18536) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) To exchange best practices between practitioners from all over SEE on the creation of a special Agency executing seizure and confiscation orders. Albanian experience in this field and other EU practices to be presented and discussed in view of their adaptation in each legal system. 
Output/Results Legal, operational, institutional practices presented and discussed between experts and practitioners. Drafting of legal provisions on the creation of such Agency available for each project area. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Further support in finalising the draft legal provisions necessary to ensure the appropriate legislation is adopted in a timely manner in each project area and to allow a regional approach on this essential issue.
