Participants from diverse backgrounds including here, active political leaders, civil society representatives as well as journalists attended the seminar and provided valuable feedback on the topic The Role of the EU in Promoting Citizenship and Participation 
Consultants/Experts - Tom Gallagher, Professor ofEthnic Conflict and Peace at Bradfort University who dellivered a lecture on EU in promoting citizenship and participation
- Obrad Savic, Professor of Fine Art, History of Art and Cultural Studies at Leeds University, member of Philosocphical Society of Serbia, Psychoanalytic Association and Aesthetic Society of Slovenia. Hedelivered a presentation on Democracy to come
- Janusz Bugajski, Director of the Centre for Strategic and International Studies. He delivered a lecture on responsibilities of citizenship in a democratic system.
