Conclusions/Follow Up  
Participants The attendance of the participants was as expected; all 33 participants of the 2007 academic year attended the event. Participants from diverse backgrounds including here, active political leaders, civil society representatives as well as journalists attended the seminar and provided valuable feedback. 
Consultants/Experts - Mr Michael Bruter, Senior Lecturer in political science and European politics, London School of Economics and Political Science. He delivered a presentation on ''Citizens, Democracy, and the Emergence of a Mass European Identity''.
- Mr Enis Sulstarova, Regional Director, Insitute for Democracy and Mediation. He presented on the topic ''The European Identity of Albanians''.
- Mr Mehmet Kraja, Writer, Publicist and Member of Kosovo's Academy of Science and Arts. He delivered a presentation on the topic ''Kosovar Identity, dilemmas and misunderstandings''.
