Title International Expert Board member appointed to provide advice and expertise in the field of conservation and architectural design implementation 
Description Within the framework of the Regional Programme for Cultural and Natural Heritage in South East Europe and the Joint Programme Kosovo - EAR/CoE Reconstruction of Religious Monuments and Sites, a Consultant:
- reviewed the quality and details of specifications prepared and tendered for ten sites and make recommendations;
- undertook two missions to Kosovo to monitor the quality of the works underway to ten sites identified by the RIC Chairwoman and make recommendations;
- presented a seminar to local professionals and students in Kosovo on the subject of ''conservation and design strategies to be adopted when working on historic monuments and sites''.
