Title Expert Consultation for the launch of the project 
Description Higher education consultant, Karen Roberts, will meet with CoE staff in Belgrade to:

• assist the project team to launch the project;
• elaborate the work plan;
• prepare the project's steering board in consultation with the CoE's Belgrade office and secretariat, international experts, and key partners and interlocutors in Serbia.

Activity Synopsis (ID# 20261) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) Series of meetings with Project beneficiaries conducted. Also, meetings with representatives of other EAR funded projects were held. 
Output/Results Meetings with key beneficiaries were needed in order to devise future activities as well as to confirm that Project corresponds to their needs. Therefore all meetings were in depth discussions leading to future planning.
Also, having in mind that EAR insists on having synergy and avoid overlapping between EAR / EC funded Projects, Project Team met with few on going projects in the similar area of action. Aim was also to exchange experience with and get their input re current situation in the HE area.
 
Conclusions/Follow Up SHE Project Team will continue having regular meetings with all beneficiaries apart from seminars, workshops and conferences in order to correspond to their needs to the maximum. In addition to that, Team will organize get-together events with current and future EAR funded projects.
