Title Organisation of a Speaking Date between BiH and Serbia 
Description Representative of both countries sit together to find solutions to individual complaints on social security coordination. The complaints are registered by the SISP office and are communicated to the experts to allow them to examine what is the problem at the origin and come up with concrete proposals.

Activity Synopsis (ID# 21358) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) Find solutions, to individual complaints in respect of coordination of pension and helth care rights between BiH and Serbia.
Identify present shortcomings in the legislation and administrative practice. 
Output/Results Have at least 30% of the cases examined solved.
Identification of areas where changes in the legislation and administrative practice are needed so as to allow the Secretariat to prepare a report on how to overcome this shortcomings. 
Conclusions/Follow Up More than 100 complaints were exmained. A good number of cases were solved in the spot. Others will be solved after a rapid examination of the information received by complainants.

Both countries have expressed their wish to have a new speaking day organised next year.
