Description Within the framework of the Regional Programme for Cultural and Natural Heritage in South-East Europe and the Joint Programme Kosovo - EAR/CoE Reconstruction of Religious Monuments and Sites, the programme of RIC activities will be reviewed and the members of the RIC Technical Unit will attend a seminar on management training.

Activity Synopsis (ID# 21670) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) - Guided by the management consultant, clarify the the RIC Technical Unit's strategy for implementation of an extensive RIC programme of activities for 2008.

- Discuss team dynamics and explore practical methods for the development of more efficient and effective team management. 
Output/Results - Management tools discussed and developed for more effective porgramme implementation.

- RIC Techncial Unit clarified and identified its role within the ever-evolving RIC mechanism.

- Team synergy techniques developed between the team and Project Manager.

- Report prepared by Christine Vergne - management consultant. 
Conclusions/Follow Up RIC Technical Unit to prepare its own organigramme.

Further management training and team synergy development workshop to be proposed for late April/May 2008.
