Title Higher Education consultant support to the drafting of the workplan and the quarterly report 
Description The Consultant undertakes
• To assist the project team in Belgrade as follows:
- To draft, jointly with the team of the project, a detailed work plan in accordance with the template from the European Agency for Reconstruction, on the basis of the Inception Report, the results of the Survey on Higher Education and previous consultations with higher education experts in Serbia
- To draft for the internal purposes of Project implementation a detailed work plan for the next six months containing titles of activities, possible experts, tentative dates and targeted participants
- To give advice to the team on the quarterly report to the European Agency for Reconstruction
• To help revise the quarterly report.

Activity Synopsis (ID# 22241) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) HE consultant, during her visit to Belgrade, taking into account data acquired in the meantime, assisted Project team to prepare necessary project documentation – inception report, work plan for the coming 3 months. 
Output/Results Efficient and timely reporting is of utmost importance for the good working relations with donor. Therefore preparation of the needed documentation in the proper manner contributed to that. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Regular reporting with the assistance of HE consultant will continue within prescribed timeframe.
