Description Aims at taking stock of the programme's result and adjusting the following activities as needed.
In addition to the discussion of a number of issues relating to the Project and to the life of the network, the meeting will focus on two topics on substance:
''The protection and promotion by national human rights structures of the rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transexual persons''
''The role of national human rights structures in the defence of human rights defenders''
