Objective(s) Aiming at improved knowledge of the Serbian stakeholders when quality assurance trends at European level are in question, participation of one Serbian representative nominated by Commission for Accreditation and Quality Assessment (CAQA) to the Conference on “Quality assurance in higher education establishments in Europe” was provided with Project assistance. Serbian representative professor Komatina is one the Serbian reviewers in the accreditation process and when back he reported to CAQA as well as other partners, namely academic staff at different HEIs. He actively participated at the conference.
Output/Results Conference focused on two issues: a. nature of the link between HEI policy and the quality of education it provides and b. the assessment of training and research within HEI. Both topics were discussed in detail deepening the knowledge of participants having in mind that exchange of students, teachers and researchers requires equal perception of the importance and meaning of the quality of education at the European level and can be defined as common goal.
Conclusions/Follow Up Project will continue providing participation at relevant international events for different Serbian stakeholders.
