Title Serbia Performance Management Programme - Phase IV 
Description The Phase IV of the Performance Management Programme includes the following items:

1. The organisation of a final Evaluation Conference with the representatives of the 6 French local authorities, the 10 Serbian pilot municipalities, the Council of Europe’s experts as well as all Serbian local authorities and key local/international stakeholders (3rd October 2008, Belgrade);

2. The organisation of two specific Workshops of dissemination focusing on the performance management mechanisms to be applied in the fields of “local economic development” and “citizens’ participation”, with the participation of specialised Council of Europe experts (November 2008).

Expected Result 2.3 - 2.3 Performance improvement in 2 local government services in pilot LAs as a result of a systematic use of performance indicators. A systematic approach to performance management is adopted in pilot LAs within the SCTM framework.
