Objective(s) First training event, as planned during the last visit of the CoE experts, took place on 13-14 October 2008 in Belgrade. This seminar was envisaged as the first step towards understanding of the inherent LRC (and its subsidiary documents) principles. Target group were representatives of the Serbian universities, state and private faculties, but also representatives of the MoE, NCHE, KONUS and Conference of academies of Professional Studies (KASS).
Beside CoE expert Ms Blomkvist, presentations were given by representatives of the main Serbian university centres – Belgrade, Kragujevac, Nis and Novi Sad. Examples vis-à-vis standard procedure/s at their centres both in terms of good practice and obstacles faced were given.
Output/Results Further steps were agreed upon, among them date for the next meeting (to take place in February 2009) and establishment of the national experts network to work more closely on the approximation of the practice at universities and faculties throughout Serbia.
