Objective(s) To provide members of the monitoring boards and enforcement judges with guidelines as to the working principles and functions of these bodies 
Output/Results 2000 copies of the Manual for the Monitoring Boards were published. They were distributed to the participants during the seminars held in October 2011. 
Conclusions/Follow Up The monitoring board members expressed their satisfaction on having been provided with valuable guidelines that would help them in their daily work.
