Objective(s) To discuss the Project Inception Report and Action Plan and Steering Board Terms of Reference with the Steering Board and approve them 
Output/Results The major documents/road maps for this project were approved: the Inception Report, the Action Plan (outlining the 86 activities foreseen) and the Terms of Reference. 
Conclusions/Follow Up - Activities will start immediately.
