Title Review of Higher education legislation. CoE opinion and recommendation on the draft text. 
Description -To present the opinion on the current HE legislation to the HE Council;
-To provide guidelines and advice to the working group;
-To brief the education authorities and the stakeholders of the trends in the region and the CoE member states;
-To explore possibilities and offer assistance to University in Mitrovica on the revision of the University statute:
-To facilitate information between authorities in Pristina and Mitrovica on the on-going processes.
