Title RAE - First training session 
Description Two general objectives, each with three specific objectives, have been formulated based on suggestions of the participants in the preparatory meeting, taking into account the assessment of the needs of teachers and RAE communities, and in agreement with the RAE Education Strategy of the Ministry:
1. improving access and participation to education
increase attendance
reduce and prevent drop-out
improve relations: parents - teachers / community - school
2. enhancing quality and achievement
increase awareness and understanding of RAE issues
inclusion of elements of Roma history and culture in the education process
use innovative pedagogical approaches to stimulate school achievement, build self-esteem, improve relations and reduce prejudice
