Description 20 participants from Cyprus will participate in the third seminar of the European Forum Cyprus on “Cyprus and Northern Ireland - which lessons to be learnt?” organised with support by the Council of Europe and the European Commission and in co-operation with British Council Cyprus; in Nicosia on 7-8 February 2009.
