Activity Synopsis (ID# 26706) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) Second meeting was held on the 09 April in Belgrade. The main aim was to have in depth discussion on the actual wording of the draft prepared at the Belgrade University. WG deceived to aim at full compliance with the spirit of the Lisbon Convention (LRC). Thus they tried to prepare a document, by-law that will prescribe simple but clear / precise procedure, simplifying the enrolment for those wishing to continue their studies. 
Output/Results Second draft of the by-law dealing with the academic recognition was agreed upon at the end of the day and this time Novi Sad took the obligation of preparing draft explanatory memorandum, that will accompany the by-law, form of the request and decision to be issued at the end of procedure. 
Conclusions/Follow Up Next meeting was scheduled for the 28 April confirming once again dedication of the WG to its task.
