Activity Synopsis (ID# 26910) (Hide Synopsis)

Objective(s) Main goal of the WG was to finalize all documents relevant for the academic recognition, namely – by-law regulating procedure for the academic recognition, explanatory memorandum, request and decision forms, in order to initiate changes in the current regulations and practice. All those documents have been deliberated upon at the meeting (held on 28 A[pril 2009) and either unanimous or majority decisions on the content have been reached. 
Output/Results WG have finalized documents related to the academic recognition, and will start lobbying at the universities for their adoption. In order to justify drastic change of approach to the academic recognition explanatory memorandum had been prepared, specifying shortcomings of the previous practice and reasons for the changes undertaken. 
Conclusions/Follow Up President of the WG, together with the Project team will inform State Secretary of the achievements so far and propose future steps. Next meeting will deal with NAP(May / June 09) and subsequent ones with professional recognition.
