Discuss the new Action Plan.
Discuss follow up to the Ministerial Declaration.
Report on activities between organised between October 2010 and January 2011
Output/Results The 6th SC meeting report was discussed and several changes introduced. The report was adopted and made public in the Programme's Web Site.

The new Action Plan was discussed. Several decision were taken, in respect of the topics to be included in each regional meeting to be organised, the need for translation of those seminars, the places and venues. Financial considerations were also discussed.

Taking into account that the Programme finishes in August 2011 and the Ministerial Declaration requests Beneficiary parties to report by 2014 on developments in the health care and pension sectors, the Committee decided how to proceed to comply with the reporting obligations included in the Declaration.

The Secretariat reported on activities organised and reports (including translation) drafted and ready for publication.

Due to internal riots in Albania, the representative to the Committee in respect of Albania was not allowed to travel to Istanbul and cancelled her participation the day before the event.
