Expected Result |
3.3 - Impoved ability of selected pool of decision-makers to apply the European principles and criteria for effective investigation of the complaints of ill-treatment in their daily work. Wider dissemination of standards and recommendations on full observance of the rights of detainees and the concrete obligations of law enforcement officials in line with European and international standards is ensured.
