Project Purpose 3 - 2009/DGHL/JP/2052   Capacity-building and dissemination
Expected Result 3.3 - Impoved ability of selected pool of decision-makers to apply the European principles and criteria for effective investigation of the complaints of ill-treatment in their daily work. Wider dissemination of standards and recommendations on full observance of the rights of detainees and the concrete obligations of law enforcement officials in line with European and international standards is ensured.

Objective(s) stocktaking for activities in the field of policing with special view to combating ill-treatment and impunity. 
Output/Results agreed on police training in the field of investigation of ill-treatment and impunity. 
Conclusions/Follow Up two or three trainings within the joint programme combating ill-treatment and impuntiy.
