Title Management meeting with SSCSSR staff - Regional Office/Skopje Meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Labour. Meeting with representatives of the EC (Skopje Office) 
Description 1.- Taking into account that the Programme has been extended until August 2011 and that a new Action Plan has been adopted by the EC and the Beneficiary Parties, the Staff will need to discuss how best to organise the 14 activities in the coming 5 months. Appraisal for the year 2010 and objectives settings for 2011 will also be done.
Other management issues to be discussed, notably due to the fact that the CoE Information office in Skopje has been closed, which has a direct impact in the management of the SSCSSR Programme.

2.- Visibility meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Labour, and organisation of the tri-partite meeting on Pension scheduled in April.

3.- Visibility meeting with representatives of the EC in the Skopje Delegation to discuss notably the relevance of certain activities to be organised in Skopje.

Objective(s) First, to discuss with the staff of the Programme in the Regional Office in Skopje how best to organise the events included in the new Action Plan. 2010 appraisals and 2011 objective settings to be accomplished.

Second, discuss with representatives of the Ministry of Labour the organisation of the tri-partite event on pension to be organised in April, notably the exact role of the Programme's Secretariat in the organisation of that particular event.
Plan, already at this stage, how the furniture and equipment will be given to the authorities, following the provisions of the IPA contracts, next August 2011.
Discuss the chairmanship (Macedonia) at the Steering Committee meeting to be organised in Istanbul next 25 January 2011.

Visibility meeting with representative of the EC Delegation in Skopje to discuss, notably, the organisation of the events scheduled in Skopje and Mavrovo in the coming six months (impact, visibility, media coverage, etc). Inform of results achieved and line of action foreseen until next August 2011. 
Output/Results EC representative: exchange of view as to the areas of most interests in the social security field (speaking days notably and the fact that with the present crisis more people are under social security risks). Discussion as to the need to further sign bilateral agreements with different countries (within and outside the Balkan Region).

Ministry of Labour: agreement as to the date of the tri-partite event on Pension (Ministry of Labour, World Bank and SCCSSR Joint Programme EC/CoE). Decision as to what exactly will be expected from the Programme.
Agreement on the procedure to follow for the transfer of furniture and technical equipment next August 2011.
Agreement on subjects to be highlighted at next SC meeting in Istanbul.

Secretariat: notably distribution of activities. Selection of dates and places for the organisation of events which will be presented at next SC meeting. Appraisal 2010 and Objectives 2011 done. 
Conclusions/Follow Up The three objectives of the visit were accomplished. No need to a follow up since decisions were made during this visit. The Steering Committee members will need to approve the plan of the Secretariat in respect of places and dates of the forthcoming meetings.
