Title Translation of the “Regular Selective Information Flow” (RSIF) issues from English into Russian. 
Description These publications contain a presentation of selected information on the activities and findings of all CoE HR monitoring bodies that is deemed of interest for the domestic and international activities of National Human Rights Structures (NHRSs). The Russian version was already several times requested by the Russian speaking NHRS bodies.
