Title Peer-to-Peer II Project (European NPM Project): Intellectual preparation of certain project activities and serving as Project Adviser in 2011 
Description For the account of the Council of Europe and under the supervision of its NHRS Unit (Directorate General of Human Rights and Legal Affairs, Directorate of Co-operation, Legal and Human Rights Capacity Building Department, National Human Rights Structures, Prisons and Police Division) a highly specialised Consultant is asked to serve as Project Adviser in order to ensure the feasibility of all Project activities and their coherence, and to contribute to or take responsibility for the intellectual preparation of a number of Project activities.
