Objective(s) Basic training on mediation for judges of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, High Administrative Court of Ukraine, High Specialized Court on criminal and civil cases of Ukraine and professors of the Law schools of Ukraine 
Output/Results To improve judicial efficiency in Ukraine by implementing an Alternative Dispute Resolution system with a view to ultimately reducing the workload of courts and providing citizens with alternatives to regular judicial proceedings, on April 2009 the Project started the implementation of mediation in four pilot courts of Ukraine. 
Conclusions/Follow Up implementation of the mediation in Ukraine;
drafting a Law on mediation, taking into account the results of the mediation week and its monitoring
