Title Study visit to Direction de l'Administration Pénitentiaire (France). 
Description This study visit is the third one out of four study visits to different European jurisdictions (three days each) for a total of 20 staff members of the DG Prisons and Detention Houses of the Ministry of Justice of Turkey. The visits aim to ensure exchange of information on overall management and coordination structures for prisons, prison management and content of services provided within prisons and the best practices employed therein.
