Title Project Management (2011) 
Description The Council of Europe is the implementer of the Project. The CoE Project team fulfilled the following tasks:

• overall management and implementation of the Project;
• planning in coordination with the stakeholders;
• conceptualisation of the training content and tools;
• preparation of the project reports;
• selecting of experts with international expertise;
• relevance of the content of the training to the needs of the beneficiaries;
• selection of trainers in collaboration with the beneficiaries;
• meetings of the Project Steering Committee
• definition of the profiles of the participants in the study visits and together with MoJ the participants for each visit.
