Title Working group meeting to discuss the implementation of the Court Management System, UYAP and necessary legal amendments 
Description A meeting will be organised in Ankara on 1 July 2011 under the JP on “Strengthening the Court Management System in Turkey” to examine the need for modifications to the UYAP (National Judicial Network Project) system to ensure the proper functioning and dissemination of the pilot practices put in place under the preceding project, JP Support to Court Management System in Turkey. It will also review the draft legislation such as the Rules of Procedure for the Registries of Civil Courts, Criminal Courts and Prosecution Offices. The participants of the meeting will be members of the different departments within the Ministry of Justice, staff of the front offices in the pilot courts, representatives of the Union of Turkish Bars and a representative of a local Bar Association. The total number of participants will be maximum 27. The meeting will be organised in Ankara on 1 July 2011.
