Objective(s) meetings with representatives of relevant state bodies, international organisations, NGOs to assess the regulative (legislative) basis for introduction and implementation of ADR in criminal matters in Ukraine in regards to compliance with European standard;
preparation of the assessment report for legislative improvement on implementation of mediation in criminal matters (the report should include recommendations of further developments/actions in Ukraine, in particular the possibility of implementing training on ADR in criminal matters)
 
Output/Results The Project prepared an assessment report about the regulative (legislative) basis for the introduction and implementation of ADR in criminal matters in Ukraine as regards to its compliance with the European standards. The report was forwarded to the CoE consultants who prepared the legislative opinion of the draft CPC. 
Conclusions/Follow Up It is expected that this report will be taken into account by the authorities in the course of further implementation of the ADR.
