Title Needs Assessment Study 
Description In the framework of the extension of the European Union/Council of Europe Joint Programme on “Enhancing the Role of the Supreme Judicial Authorities in respect of European standards”, a component on the support to the Constitutional Court will be included. The Law No: 6216 on the Establishment and Rules of Procedure of the CC of Turkey, which was passed by the Parliament on 30 March 2011, foresees among other the introduction of individual constitutional complaints. In view of fulfilling this duty, the CC will be supported by the CoE Project Team, which will organise a first needs assessment study in Ankara on the introduction of the review of individual applications.
