Title Production of advertising video spots on promoting human dignity and children’s rights in the TV programmes 
Description The service provider contracted the Council of Europe shall produce 4 (four) advertising video spots for the Coordinating Council of Audiovisual (CCA) of the Republic of Moldova on promoting human dignity and children’s rights in the TV programmes. The video spots shall illustrate the impact of TV violence, pornography and TV violent news/features and shocking images on children and teenagers and encourage the citizens to claim their complaints by calling the hotline number of the CCA.
