Title In-depth seminar for national ECHR prosecutors' trainers in Ukraine on evolution of ECtHR's case law in relation to violations of procedural aspect of article 3 of the ECHR 
Description On 13-14 December an in-depth seminar for the group of the national ECHR prosecutors-trainers was held in the National Prosecution Academy of Ukraine.
The topics of the evolution of ECtHR's case law in relation to violation of procedural aspect of Article 3 of the ECHR, the execution of the ECtHR’s judgments under Article 3 of the ECHR and other specific issues arising in the context of combating ill-treatment and impunity in Ukraine were discussed.
A separate session was dedicated to the planned drafting of the internal regulation of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine on the effective investigation of ill-treatment complaints in line with the European standards. And the experts’ assistance for this purpose was agreed under the Ill-treatment II JP.
