Title Publication of the Practical Guide on Admissibility Criteria and report on the Training needs of Ukrainian Judges and Lawyers with Regard to the European Convention on Human Rights prepared by Mr Jeremy McBride 
Description Practical Guide on Admissibility Criteria is designed to present objective information on the application procedure and admissibility criteria for the potential applicants and legal professionals to reduce the number of applications
which have no prospect of resulting in a ruling on the merits and, to ensuring that those applications which warrant examination on the merits pass the admissibility test.
