Title Expertise on the draft law on the ''Protection of the Professional Activity of Journalists'' 
Description According to the international commitments of Ukraine and aiming at regulating the process of the professional activity of journalists, the State TV and Radio Broadcasting Committee of Ukraine addressed the CoE with the request to conduct an expertise of the draft law of Ukraine on Protection of Professional Activity of Journalists in terms of its compliance with the European standards. Within the framework of the Media JP, the expertise including analysis and comments of the Ukrainian draft law was completed.
