Project Purpose 1 - 2011/DGHL/JP/2628   Reinforcement of the regulatory framework and complaint systems which meet international standards
Expected Result 1.1 - Regulatory framework and institutional/operational systems for preventing and effectively investigating complaints of ill-treatment, leading to imposition of sanctions when appropriate, are in a better conformity with European and international standards, including the recommendations of the CPT, the case law of the ECtHR and the Istanbul Protocol.
